BASE Senior Fitness
Hamilton, Webster, and Story Counties




BASE stands for Balance, Agility, Strength, and Endurance. It is a free, fun, and safe senior exercise program developed by Central Iowa RSVP. It is designed to improve physical and mental wellness of people aged 55 and older. BASE is currently offered in Hamilton and Webster counties.
