Volunteers are needed to help with Newsletter assembly. This can be done from your home, or in person.
Emergency Food Box
There is a volunteer need for help re-stocking shelves in the food pantry and waiting on clients who are picking up food boxes.
House of Compassion
Volunteers are needed to help with packaging of
to-go meals, as well as dispersing those meals to the public.
Marshalltown Community School District
Currently there is a need for volunteers to help with tutoring students who are learning virtually. This is for all grades, and several different subjects. Computer experience is helpful.
Northeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging
Home Delivered Meals are currently being delivered by Public Transit in Marshalltown, and they are requesting volunteers to ride along to deliver the frozen meals to clients on Tuesdays for the week.
Please note that because of the COVID-19 pandemic, most volunteer assignments are on hold at this time. However, if you see an opportunity that you are interested in, please contact any RSVP office.
