To register as an RSVP volunteer, please download BOTH the Volunteer Application (MS Excel file) and Volunteer Skills Page (MS Word file). If you would like these forms mailed to you via US Mail, please call (515) 733-4917 to request them.

If you would prefer to print and fill out the Application and Skills Page, download the Combined Form.  It can be filled out and mailed to any office listed on the contact page.   (Adobe PDF – click here for Adobe Reader if you do not already have it installed).

Volunteer Benefits

• All registered RSVP volunteers are covered by a full line of supplemental insurance provisions that includes accident, personal liability, excess automobile liability, and life insurance.  (Effective while volunteering, to and from a volunteer assignment, during volunteer recognition events and orientations/trainings).

• Mileage and bus fare reimbursement at .30/mile to and from a volunteer assignment. 

• Recognition events held annually.
