Welcome to the website for the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) serving Story County and Marshall County in Iowa. We are glad you are “visiting”.

RSVP matches the life skills, experiences, and interests of adults aged 55 and older with a variety of opportunities to address priority community needs.  And that is exactly what RSVP volunteers are doing…making a difference in a very large way!

RSVP Volunteers are:

  • Helping children become better readers and students

  • Helping local law enforcement to better serve the public

  • Helping homebound elderly residents or those with

  • physical disabilities to remain living in their own homes

  • Becoming prepared to serve the needs of victims in the event of a disaster

  • Helping children learn life skills

  • Assisting families in need

  • Providing a variety of community services to public, non-profit, and health care agencies

If you are 55 or older, find out how you can LIVE a legacy of service!  Call RSVP today.
